Bus Reservation and Arrangements Guide
1. Quotation Request
Quotation requests can be sent through fax (0993-83-4142) or call us at (0993-83-2275).

Reception is from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. (Closed on national holidays)
Inquiries received before 4pm will be responded on the day, while inquiries after 4pm will be answered on the next business day.
2. Quotation Inquiry
We will reply to the stated e-mail from the quotation request form.
For those who wants to do it through Fax or E-mail, please select which one.
I ever prices does not meet your desired budget, please feel free to contact us anytime.
3. Reservations
Reservations can be done through Fax or Telephone. Please make sure to confirm if the contents are correct. We will send you a reservation confirmation once we receive your request. If you have further questions or corrections regarding the contents, please immediately contact us at 0993-83-2275.
4. Method of Payment
Travel fees will be charged I advance. Please make bank payments at least 3days before the departure date.
Please note that if payment cannot be made by the due date, we might decline vehicle allocation.

5. Final Confirmation
We will contact you as soon as possible when the operation dates are close. (A final confirmation regarding the dates, time, number of people, and other precautions will be conducted.)
We will provide the bus company name and emergency contact addresses on the day.
6. Cancellation
Based on the charter bus standard transportation by laws, the following penalty fees will be charged:
In case of no contact is made, 100% penalty fee will be charged.
Up to 15 days before cancellation date 14 to 8 days in advance, 7 days prior from the date of departure.
24 hours before the date of departure.
Within 24 hours before departure.
Cancellation may result to 20%, 30%, to 50% charged depending on the day of cancellation.
[Exception] If special cases of cancellation will occur, we might reconsider. Please contact us.
In cases of outbreaks such as delays of unforeseen circumstances, suspension of service, diversion of the plane, vehicular malfunction or congestion, floods, and game matches; please contact as soon as possible. In such circumstances, please shoulder the transportation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
